This past weekend, we visited the park; there are currently only 2 swans, but they seem to be doing well, as beautiful as ever. Here's one from Sunday:
We also built our little-one's crib. It can be converted to a "Kinderbett" (child-sized bed) later by lowering the mattress and removing 3 slats, so he can climb in (a typical feature of cribs sold here.) I'm hoping it will work out well enough that we won't need an additional co-sleeper....
